Shipping policy

Please note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

We ship worldwide. Most of our orders go out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping in the United States generally takes 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Our headquarters in New York. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. Please make sure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS/UPS. USPS/UPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
